If your work is selected for the BRDD exhibition, you are agreeing to the following LOAN AGREEMENT.  Submission of your work to the exhibition is considered your consent to this agreement. 

THIS LOAN AGREEMENT is made by and among the Brown Arts Initiative (hereinafter, known as “Borrower”) and you as the student artist (hereinafter, known as “Lender”). Borrower and Lender shall collectively be known as “the Parties.”  

The Parties hereby agree that   
1. All work is exhibited at the discretion of the Brown Arts Initiative and Granoff Center and may be removed at any time. In such circumstances, the Borrower will notify the Lender in a timely manner. 

2. The Brown Arts Initiative is not responsible for theft and/or breakage of loaned works.

3. The Granoff Center is a public space open to the community.

4. Security is limited and does not guarantee the safeguarding of loaned works. 

5. The Lender is responsible for providing all necessary hanging equipment and coordinating with the curatorial fellow to install work 

6. The Lender is responsible for removing the work(s) when deinstalled
